Topological Foundations of Consciousness
1. The Universe

Reality is therefore not defined solely by its elements but by the relationships that connect them.
2. Objects
An object is not fundamental.
An object is a locally stable neighbourhood within U.

3. Consciousness
A conscious system is a connected subspace

4. Perception
Perception is a continuous mapping

Each observer receives only a continuous image of reality.

Knowledge consists of mappings

6. Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence forms another connected subspace

7. Art
An artwork is a transformation

The purpose of art is therefore topological transformation.

Emergent phenomena arise when local neighbourhood interactions generate global structure.

Art modifies mappings.
Artificial intelligence generates alternative mappings.
Meaning emerges from topology rather than from isolated entities.
